Questions
What founders ask us most about the Accelerator and the Pre-Accelerator.
The Accelerator
Who can apply?
Founders from very early stage to pre-seed, in any industry.
What does the program give me?
Practical knowledge, hands-on skills and proven tools. You'll apply repeatable models to market and sell what you're building and to grow recurring revenue, with help from entrepreneurs who have built and exited several companies.
Will I get investment?
High-performing startups are connected with angel investors and VCs. In select cases we invest directly, with cheques of up to $100K for startups that exceed expectations.
How much time does it take?
About 3 hours a week, plus an optional 1-hour accountability session. Demo Day is mandatory.
Do you take equity?
The program takes no equity. Investors you meet may make offers in exchange for equity, and you're free to accept, decline or negotiate them.
How should I prepare for the interview?
You don't need a pitch. It's a 20-minute conversation about your startup and team.
What does it cost?
$500 per founder. If your team sends one founder, agree beforehand how they'll pass the key takeaways on to everyone else.
The Pre-Accelerator
Who is it for?
Aspiring founders, students, professionals, researchers and first-time founders. You don't need any experience.
Do I need an idea?
No. The program starts with finding one.
